01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the BA999 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BA999. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the BA999 platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all BA999 services, including the website, the BA999 Android app, all games available on the platform, and all promotional offers. Using any part of BA999 constitutes acceptance of these terms, regardless of whether you have read them in full.

02 Account Registration

To use BA999's gaming services, you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to eligible players in Bangladesh. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one BA999 account only. The following rules apply to BA999 account registration:

• You may not register more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• You may not register an account on behalf of another person.
• Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with or accessed by any other person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your BA999 login credentials.
• BA999 must be notified immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Your registered payment method must be in your own name and must match the name on your BA999 account.

BA999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

03 Age Verification

BA999 is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use BA999. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. BA999 takes underage gambling seriously and has zero tolerance for any attempt by minors to access the platform.

BA999 may request age verification documents at any point during your use of the platform. If age verification is requested, your account will be restricted until the required documents are submitted and verified. If BA999 determines that a player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage use.

04 Deposits

BA999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three primary mobile financial services used by Bangladesh players. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount on BA999 is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though BA999 reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts where necessary.

The following conditions apply to all BA999 deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else sends money to your BA999 account — are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your BA999 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• BA999 does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• If a deposit does not appear in your BA999 account within 15 minutes, contact BA999 support with your transaction reference number.
• BA999 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that is found to have been made fraudulently or in violation of these terms.

05 Withdrawals

BA999 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. Withdrawals are paid in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) directly to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. The minimum withdrawal amount on BA999 is ৳200.

The following conditions apply to all BA999 withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Your BA999 account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• BA999 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 5 minutes of approval. In some cases, processing may take up to 24 hours depending on verification requirements.
• BA999 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 6.
• BA999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual or high-value.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment account other than the one registered to your BA999 profile.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

BA999 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. By claiming any BA999 bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• BA999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that has been claimed in error or as a result of a technical fault.
• Only one bonus may be active on your BA999 account at any time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being suspended.
• BA999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Free bets and free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless otherwise stated.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on BA999 operate using a certified random number generation (RNG) system. This ensures that every game outcome is genuinely random and independent of all previous results. BA999 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way, and no BA999 staff member has the ability to influence the result of any game round.

Each game on BA999 has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. BA999 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player misunderstanding game rules.

• Game results displayed on BA999 are final. BA999 does not reverse game results except in cases of a verified technical fault.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BA999. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their account permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited:

• Registering more than one BA999 account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's identity or payment method on BA999.
• Attempting to access BA999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts on BA999.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through BA999.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing BA999 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider (chargebacks).

09 Account Suspension and Closure

BA999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Reasons for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, or prolonged account inactivity.

• If your account is suspended, BA999 will notify you by email or in-app message and provide a reason where possible.
• If your account is closed due to a violation of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
• If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a violation — such as at your own request — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳50, deducted from the account balance. BA999 will notify you before any inactivity fee is applied.
• You may request the closure of your BA999 account at any time by contacting [email protected].

10 Privacy and Data

BA999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on BA999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. BA999 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

11 Responsible Gaming

• BA999 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's account being accessed by an unauthorised third party as a result of the player's failure to maintain account security.
• BA999's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

13 Changes to Terms
